Block Customers In Your Marketplace

Manage your marketplace's consumer base efficiently by blocking fake users and robot users.

How to Block Customers

1. On the left-hand side of your screen, click Customers under the General menu.
   
2. In the Customer Database, click the three dots under the Action column. 
   
3. Click Block from the menu
   
4. A message will appear onscreen asking if you want to complete or cancel this action. Click Block to confirm this action.
   
5. In the bottom-left corner of the screen, a green rectangular message will appear to confirm the customer was successfully blocked.
